What is the MAIN difference of the NEUTRAL WIRE and the GROUND WIRE/EARTHING WIRE? (ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING)

Perhaps, the main difference is that neutral wire carries current during normal operation of the circuit, while ground cable does not normally carry any current except in cases where there is current leak, short to ground etc.
