Target Buying incentive is a tool to understand the following-

Key consumer insights leading to the purchase decision
Basis the analysis of these incentives, a linear map of steps from 'need recognition' to 'buying decision' emerge
Incentives can be planned for each interim steps to ensure that the consumer/customer is motivated to buy our product/services.
