It is available in two edition Tally Silver (Single User Edition) and Tally Gold (Multi-User Edition)

tally 7.2 is old version  it is  limited features in 7.2 and tally9 erp is latest version ,tax related features are available in tally9 i.e.tds,vat and other taxes rates and employees payroll system and auto backup,many more latest feature are available in tally 9erp. and make work easy
