The period is the time it takes for one full cycle to occur. The period is related to the frequency. so if the period is equal to 1 divided by the frequency. Now the frequency is 4 Hz. Answer: 0.25 seconds) If the frequency is 2 Hz, what is the period? (Answer: 0.5 second depending on a given structure.
