1. The csa should listen the customer and by the right questions should give the right product or right service (offer).2. If the company don't have a something what client exactly needs the CSA should by the good arguments show that the product which he sells its already the right solution of customers needs.3. For sure there should be follow up to make a customer back to you again and appreciation like personal discounts, presents invitation. Etc
