Data are raw facts about entities like people, sales and products, it is meaningless by itself where it represents numbers and letters, For example: Mahmoud,17154$, Screen.. etc.

Information is data organized in context to provide meaning. for example: my name is Mahmoud, total monthly sales are17154$. the company sells computer hardware components like keyboards, screens and cases.

Knowledge is an abstract of several grouped information that adds a higher dimension (not representing a certain context). for example: based on the cost data for the past5 years, introducing any new model of screens requires more marketing expenditure costs in the first3 months of sales.
