How to troubleshoot the error while adding the printer in workstation from the Print spool server: Error: Windows cannot connect to the printer.

Error: Windows cannot connect to the printer. the server print spool er service is not running. please restart the spool er on the server or restart the server machine.

 

option: All the services are running fine with out any error.

restart the spooler service, and for best practise, change the location of the spooler folder
