Target super markets and offer them to put on low price on front display, like a few as I know are selling near to expiry on so low price to clear the stocks before it expires, rather than wasting and letting it be spoiled in the inventory or get it consumed at any restaurant, failed marketing strategies should not affect higher than the loss but if it had happen than actually it was not a failed strategy, it was actually the fail of planning.

In FMCG, produce a little, target a few markets, market and supply at same places and see the response.

Without market response and sales analysis, please do not produce extra to have a load on inventory as FMCG expires too early.

Good Luck!
