How can you draw a picture in Microsoft office applications excel, word and powerpoint?

Hi,If you are using version2007 or above you can draw pictures in the following manner.1. Select insert tab

2. Select shapes from illustration section.

3. You can choose Different shapes or you can freely draw by using dcribble shape

Better to use word for picture edit

In all MS applicatione choose insert, shapes, or insert picture, and get creative, can right click on shape, dropdown menu appears, then send back or bring forward, resize, change shading. 

By using insert list then select any option like : shapes, clip art or picture. you can also insert smart art graphic

to draw a picture inside excel you need to open paint brush application from excel so first choose the insert tab and click on object and just choose the application you need to draw with like paintbrush if you choose bmp
