There is so many soft wares for PDF to CAD converting Drawings but as per my opinion "Able2extract professional" is best for creation of PDF to CAD.
And AutoCAD to PDF is Adobe acrobat Professional is best.

Please use Acrobat full version. there is an Acrobat PDF printer it's so powerful.
There is a great software I recently found called Scan2cad in which you can not only convert pdf's to autocad files, but also into vector and raster files.
