However, I feel the most important aspect of selling better is to understand human psychology and try to  establish a human connect ; when all the vendor offerings are of the same quality, the human connect acts as a differentiator

Firstly I analyze  my products well. you must find the strength and weakness of  products. Thats give me confidence how to interact with customers.I always try to assume the target customer ,their questions and needs. I also try to gather necessary information about our competitors products.

Smiling face and cordial helping behaviour also wins most of the customers faith. I have to know his need and tell my products benefits in such a manner that it will meet all his/her needs . this may help 50% of your customer. you also find out who is the decision maker if a family come to buy your product. it may differ product to product. this mostly for retail business

The customer get similar products in the market but none can give any further benefits like yours. Here some may compare your products and others benefits. Use others true information and highlight yours smartly. Some customer may know more than you. If the customer left for others, he will return to you as your informations about others are true. its also help boost retail sales.

Some may not buy the product right now but they will buy in future.They just come for inquiry or gather information. Help them cordially and try to know their background , Job, family, social network activity etc. Try to know the approx. time. Get their number and & emails. Greet them in their birthday's, occasions or in fetivals. Also inform them about your promotions or occasional discount of your products.  This will help you to start longtime buiness relationship with him or may with his company or office.you should visit his office or place to hunt the order. You may have a corporate agrrement if they are interested for bulk purchase. This will help your Corporate career as well as retail sales.
