moreover if patients are experiencing Side Effects such as muscle aches or rhabdomyalisis CPK can be measured to asses severity and wether patient is a candidate to switch to another statin or not

To decreases the cholesterol level in blood but it has side effects of Headache, Constipation and stomach ache. I would reccomend Rosuvastatin as it is more efficient

Yes. It is important to have the lab test to determine if that patient needs adjustment with the medication, and of course lessen the adverse effect/s of the anticholesterol if is not needee anymore.
