First of all, you have to know one important fact, there is no guarantee that you'll see a big increase on your salary even if you get all of those designations.  So my advice to you is to not put the monetary factor as the priority, cause you might get dissappointed.  Okay, as for which of those 4 designation is better, this depends on your current position and your overall career.  I wouldn't recommend getting an MBA; since it's almost irrelevant unless you're getting it from one of the top schools (i.e. Harvard, Standford, etc..).  The CPA and ACCA are more or less the same, it terms of recognition and improvement to your career.  The CPA is an american designation, and the ACCA is a british designation.  The CMA covers a different set of topics, however, with less recognition especially in the middle east, and most of the people that get the CMA, eventually try to get the CPA or ACCA later.
