Be honest, fair, friendly, give the customer what he/she wants, advise if a better product is available, do not pressure a person, give the customer the best care you can and make your customer feel he/she is special, resolve problems, be available to your customers or call/email them with in24-48 hours back ... set realistic pricing and leadtimes

Sir according to me the main rules of client service are neeting the SERVICE LAVEL. . For the BPS ITES sector it would mean handling a requisite no of  inbound calls, Chats or emails on a particular day meeting the quality and NPS parameters. So that the clinet gets a50+  net promoter score in customer surveys. Promoters minus detractors should be a +tive figure and should be more than50%.

Must honesty with the client

Provide the best possible service

The client does not harass him and urgency

Be easy to contact customer networks

 

Provide a good customer needs and gain satisfaction
