Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere are used for different purposes, and the word "Elements" refers to the lite versions of the2 programs which are more suitable for beginners and amateurs. Photoshop in general is mainly used for creating, editing and retouching images. While on the other hand, Premiere is used for creating and editing videos.
