Yes, I do. Teachers without a degree still teach, but they show less professionalism and often are not so versatile in their approaches

Well first of all, Teaching is a noble profession. it requires professional degree, Experience and dedication of that specific person. A Teacher is important person in society that can equip our coming generations with Good ethics, values, customs and norms and knowledge as well. So a person with professional degree and teaching experience must have an understanding of what he/she is going to create for us as our future generations.

There may be a difference but it is the combination of the two that merge into the most effective learning environments.  What's the use of teachers understanding of psychological theory and sociological theory without the knowledge of the cultural/home environment in understanding the factors that mitigate learning? Teachers with degrees provide the theoretical understandings and teachers with degrees provide the cultural understanding, this is the combination that creates the most successful learning environments.  We must not forget some teacher with degrees return to their native culture to teach, while others develop student rapport and parental support to gain insight into developing effective learning environments.  The reality of the situation is that a dedicated teacher with or without a degree will find a way to create an effective learning environment for their students.

A degree is very important and there could be a big difference between people who have it and those that dont.  Degrees provide the theoretical tools to analyse a reality.  For example, if you are in a teaching environment understandings of psychological theory and sociological theory helps one in understanding the factors that militate against learning.  What you see on the surface is not often what it may seem.  Insights into the background of children in this case is very important.  In general when one gazes at any environment good sound theory helps one to make a more considered decision if there are theoretical understandings.  There is no objective reality and we all bring our consciouseness and educational background to that reality.
