HR Administration and General Administration are bit confused to me . Because some companies give the designation as HR & Administration or HR Administrator. as well as duties are differs from designation to designation.
Human Resources Administration,
Deals with persons personally, hiring firing,annual leaves, bonuses, their issues and views, in short deal your employees and how to get maximum output from them
General Administration, it deals with materials and equipment used in company and regular supplies, to get job done efficiently.
I feel that Human Resource Administration is limited to all activities concerning the personnel of the company, while General Administration includes personnel,operations logistics etc.
