OSPF is easy to implement and Tshoot and there's a ton of documents and tutorials that would describe it's operation and maintainance, ISIS although having a great convergance speed and utilities, but it's very hard to Tshoot as it was based on OSI model and wasn't designed originally for IP netwoks and with less documentsand profissionals how truely understad it, ofcourse I would vote for OSPF at least for now :)
