To be electronic organized

Well, years ago I had a team and the problem because a few of them wasn't in time. In one of our weekly meeting I proposed an gentleman agreement which means that everyone of us pay5 Deutschmark (2,5 EURO) per minute for any who will be late and on the end of the month we will spend the money for some dinner all together. It was accepted like a joke, but from the second week the problem with the guys was gone. Everyone of them was totally in time.

To keep them on task is the best way in my opinion to work out with every one of them the own tasks and goals and for achieving the goal every one will receive a reward, but the base should be the own goal. The reward should be just an additional motivation.

Empower team and Align team goals with organization goals. Prioritize work and tasks, rather have their daily tasks defined,if they are unable to and guide./coach them.
