Yes, I like to offer additional remunerate him/her for more inspiration to further good works.The additional remuneration may be either dinner,gift,extra yearly increment,placing at superior position,recreational tour,conveyance allowance etc.Following this the other employee would be inspired to work hard and good for paying the same.

Generally a new employee would work hard and show their skills and abilities.
That's is why in most cases there's such a thing as "probationary period".
However, if the employee is on permanent status and shows consistency - working efficiently and dedication then I would very much so consider him/her promotion and additional benefits...

Hi - It depends on the stage if he is a new employee, to get permanent, he will have to work hard to showcase his performance, if these employees continue to show their tenacity, dedication, hard work, than company should always have awards like, best employee of thr month, year, superstar of the week, remuneration should given when his/her performance is calculated, like how much benefits company has attained through him....

The lack of diligent employee bonus is one of the obstacles to career development and work to be anything to motivate
