I do not think so, ICDL is a faster knowledge of Microsoft Office package to know the basic features which make you able to use, edit, print, etc..
It does not focus on the deep and detailed knowledge, it is only an overall study put you on the stair.
The ICDL "the International computer driving licence" is a good start but i believe it gives you the basicknowledge you need to use MS office. So i think you will need more MS office specialised courses to have a full knowledge of microsoft office applications.
