To be flawless during your presentation, the key is to get to know your audience. And by this, I mean put something on the table to see if they will buy it. This "something" should represent a factor by which you will determine what caliber your current audience is - are they relaxed, do they trust you blindly or do they have a doubt, etc. A factor can be a short conversation, a smile, a recent joke you heard from your colleagues.Also, very important thing is to make soundless pauses. Presenters who talk to much continuously put audience in a state of boredom, where they have an impression that their role is not participative. This way, when you make pauses, they switch from being hearers to being listeners. Lastly, you have to have a talent and gut for it. :)
