GMP or Good Manufacturing Practice is a kind of guideline or manual (quite similar to an instruction book) created by the own business, the own company (homemade) or in specifics moments by governments (some cases in Europe) in order to reach high level of food safety and hygienic processes. Instructions about how to clean the machines, how to wear clothes, how to do things well, how to touch food items, how to manipulate things, etc
