Evaluation of Bids are done in two phase

Technical critieria and Commercial Crtieria .

Techncial Criteria either consist of Prequalification criteria / Form of Tender , Cv's of Key Personnels , Method Statement / Execution philosophy

Commercial criteria :

1. Revenue criteria

2. Black listed

3. Net Worth Positive

etc.
