PLC systems in Electrical Engineering is used for Power Systems Automation like automatic set and resetting of Relays,Alarm generation depending upon program logic used in it.In a centralized power system SCADA supervises lagre number of relays.
PLC stands for Programmable Logic controller, these are usually programmable, like the auto locks we usually see in the banks, but in electrical engineering we use relays and most commonly use of relay, we can say this is PLC system. Now we need to see where we are using relay system, this is mostly used in factories and industries.
