Deferred LC in which there is condition for the Exporter at sight by paying nominal Commission or Interest (either by Importer or Exporter as agreed) is good for both Importer and Exporter, because in that case Importer has to pay at later date to Bank and Exporter gets money immediately at sight. Win-Win for both.
For me revolving LC, nothing better than a continous business partnership.
In both cases Irrevocable L/C at Sight is the better option to work on as it safes both importer and exporter.
Best option for an exporter is Irrevocable LC from first class bank would be the best option for exporters and LC at sight would be good for importers
An irrevocable confirmed LC at sight issued by an Internationally reputed bank would be best option for Exporters.
