It's not a company, But I will say the NBE bank. And sometimes will be Vodafone.
Sure I haven't try all the companies, So surly there are a lot of them I do not know about.
I cannot say which company because I think all company in Middle East are doing their best with regards to customer service. Because for all company customer satisfaction is always the main goal.
We can't say but the company that emphasises customer excellence and customer care, and ensures after sales methods along with good attitude will be the best company.
