In multinational organisation there is a trend to unify processes and standards for all country operation. Is such common approach effective?

Does not it mean loss of flexibility? Each market is individual, have different regulations, different economic reality

Is not it better to use individual approach? What is more important-common processes or adjusted, tailor made processes for each country operationmore appropriate to local reality?

yes sure it;s effective ,  we already apply this way in Vodafone under the name of (One company local roots), so the processes and standars are the same in Vodafone all over the worled.
