What is the difference between "Blue Screen" and "Green Screen" for motion Design?

bleu screen for special effects ( cinema ),  Green one is for grand public  ( broadcast ) , also green screen could be used on cinema

Blue Screen it is for night Scenes, Green Screen for day Scenes.If the object or the actor or whatever you are shooting is wearing blue or it has blue color we use the green screen and if the object is green we use the blue screen

It's matter of choice and desired results. In-short Blue is commonly used for more Nightly low light VFX shots. Green is often used for better composting with many skin tones. You now have Yellow screens too. Basically all are used to Key-out more accurately from subjects, aside from discussing important factors for balanced lighting, clothing choices and make-up work just to touch upon.
