Always look for the resolution of the camera.. always must be high in resolution and look for the specs not the brand.. brand and price doesn't matter the matter is how to look the specs of camera... whether it's cheap or expensive...

Sony Cybershot DSC-T90 I recommend the Sony Cybershot T90 for those who are just starting to get the feel for photography.
Although you would only have a4X optical zoom, for the price you will be paying, its excellent.
You will be surprise with the images you produce with this camera.
Sony cybershot is simple and compact, yet powerful for capturing even what you can't see with your naked eye.
Best for casual travelers and novice photographers.
*12.1 Megapixel with4X optical zoom * HD video recording up to720px * Red eye correction capabilities within the camera *9 point auto-focus and face detection Price is around $250 and it comes with different colors.
Best of luck to you,

I recommending you to buy DSLR Camers with full manual option for (ISO - AWB - Shutter Speed - Aperture ) and the most important thing that you can attach different lenses in the future.
so you can try Canon500D -600D -650D Nicon D3100

The first tool of learning about anything is through Reading - Learn as much as you can about the rules of Photography, Rule of Thirds, Composition, Lighting, Textures, Lines, Colors, etc.
You could read all day for months and still find new techniques which would surprise you.
The thing is, understanding concepts through reading is the key to understanding Photography better.
Most beginners make the mistake of purchasing a camera and not realizing its full potential until many years later through experience.
If you understand basics and theory, you'll be able to reach that stage faster since your foundation is more solid.
Therefore, the camera which you use to practice what you first read, isn't that important, as long as it helps you capture images based on theories.
Once you have read enough and exhausted the potential of your mobile / digital camera, then you can try moving to a medium which allows more control such as an SLR.
SLR cameras provide you with a highly input-oriented environment, you can control much more of what you want in an image with an SLR which includes Shutter Speed, Aperture, ISO, etc.
The basic Nikons and Canons are the best way to start with, when picking an SLR.
(For example, Nikon D3100, Nikon D3200, Canon EOS550D, Canon EOS1100D, etc.)   There is still a ton more to learn once you reach that level and it just goes on from there.
Enjoy your experience :)

Hi there! :) I would recommend on DSLR category , a Canon or Nikon, Canon700D/650D/600D models ( I have the600D)...or Nikon5200 and so on.
You can get a very good too, cheaper but without changeable lenses , a bridge category, like Fujifilm FinePix Hs50 EXR or Canon PowerShot SX50 HS these two have a powerful zoom and good quality.
You will get very good pictures with all these models.
Of course that the DSLR will let you improve way more the Bridge cameras since they have more power inside and you can change your lenses.
