هل تشعر أنك تحقق ذاتك من خلال عملك؟ Do you feel that your job gives you self actualization?

نعم وان لم تكن كذلك فانت لست في المكان المناسب اذا استخدمنا نظريه الشخص المناسب في المكان المناسب , لذا يجب ان تبحث عن المكان المناسب حتى تحقق ذاتك وتبدع وتقدم خير ما عندك للبشريه.

In my opinion: Regardless of the Maslow's hierarchy of needs pyramid, I think Self Actualization is only part of the self realization, And most probably taking a role in any firm won't make you realize anything about yourself except that you like/dislike what you do.
Now lets talk about self realization a little bit, and let me simplify it by recalling the well heard statement of a lot of people: "I want to discover my true self" And from this point I can easily tell you that this sentence is nothing but a paradoxical misconception, Who we are today is nothing but the some of what happened yesterday and the day before.
Discovery is only about what is unknown to become known to you.
And what is unknown about you now is the "you" you are going to be tomorrow, and unfortunately, we still don't have the required computational methods and hardware to do so.
Back to realization, Can you really realize yourself before knowing yourself? can you define yourself without names, words or numbers? This is quiet a complicated thing to do, and I'm not quiet sure if i've met someone in person who did it! I just know that understanding yourself starts from understanding your being, And a good study in the problem of value.
Who we are and what we see is a matter of perception, in order to get there you need to start with realizing basic concepts in the philosophy of science.
Such as the mind body problem, Epistemology (and how do we know that we know)...
and then you can target bigger problems.
My bottom line is: No you can't reach self actualization/realization through a job, but the job you chose should be the outcome of you realizing who you truly are.
And the biggest problem is: Time is always ticking, the second you lose without this kind of inner understanding is forever gone.

كان لكل منا حلم وطموح بالتاكيد تحقق للبعض ولم يتم للبعض الاخر! ما اريد أن اقوله : اذا كان حلمك ان تصبح طبيبا ولكن الحياة جعلتك محاسب في هذه الحالة يكون عملك لتحقق الارباح والاستمرارية في الحياة ، اما اذا تحقق هذا الحلم واصبح مجال عملك هو ما كنت تتمناه  بالتاكيد فهو يحقق ذاتك.
