Who is responsible to conduct the training needs analysis?

the direct supervisor with arrangements from head office

HR Department in consultation with the Technical Head of the Department concerned.

Training Need Analysis is done by the HR team post consultations or meets with the Leads of the concerned department/ team

Most of the time the training need analysis is done by HR department.
In many companies it is also done by Team leaders and managers.
