How to prepare for interview after 5 yr+ experience in web technologies?

what things to focus? what should not be loose ends? How to control questions? What should be flow of answers? how to expose your proved skills?

well said..Right, What i have learned from my 7+ year experience is that: We should focus on architecture solutions, design problems / patterns, team management and communication skills.
Technically we must explain our exposures and hand on experience in a way that it fits generically for most of the problems.
Often people don't go in details in interview discussions.
But in personal gathering they describe their work / achievements in a way that we get impressed, some time very impressed- IMO explaining our achievements and motivation to improve the way of doing things in same manner (with enough details) can be highly effective..

I think after more than 5 years, the most importante is to focus on management experience: team size, projects lengh, customers loyalty...
