I agree with the previous replies that the answer is 'forcing'. While it does indeed provide some form of conflict-resolution, my opinion is that it is a shallow option that prioritizes short-term results over long-term objectives. Hence, I believe this option to be non-pragmatic and highly inefficient.

Option C - Pushing one's view point at the cost of others. offers only win-loose situation. used by power position during an emergency. However, it also has got it's place and use in management.
