I use as text editor sublime text2, i don't use any editor specially for css, because i have to slice a psd and make it ready for browsers.
i use sublime for all.
i think is very good editor.
My friends and i use sublime because it has many opportunities to save in time.
i have seen it to be used by many programers in world like jeffry way, and other developers on envato team and other companies

If you are on a Mac, Coda is an excellent choice, on Windows you can use Sublime Text or Aptana Studio.
