Actually, the school  focus on creating a climate so that there’s high performance and real respect and dignity for and from teachers while they teach.

Actions speak louder than words.

How effective was your teaching is judged at different stages, which can be divided into two categories; planned and unplanned.

Planned summary of performance we receive in the shape of results in end of the chapter test, monthly test, semester exam or annual exams.

Unplanned result of the performance of a teacher comes instantly but we need to observe it keenly to improve our performance.  It is through a recap after daily lesson, level of confidence in the eyes of your students after class and the level of respect you receive from your students.

  • Self-monitoring.
  • Audio and video recording.
  • Students’ feedback on teaching ( it may include questionnaires and focuse group interviews).
  • Feedback from other colleagues.
