Can you track shortened links such as Bit.Ly or Goo.gl using URL Tracking code parameters to appear accurately on Google Analytics?

I've been doing some research and I would like to know your input. So let's say we shorten a link (http:.//www.mywebsite.com/) using goo.gl. Can we still use tracking codes (utm_content, utm_campaign...etc.) for the shortened link? What results would I see on Analytics ?

Yes, you can do that using tools like Google URL builder.
In analytics you can then see the source and other general details like visits, page views, average duration, etc.

I don't understand your question exactly but let me say that you wanna tracking visitors activities landed on your website through shortened link.
You can create new custom segment and select referral path exactly matching shortened link
