I don't know Arabic as I am an Indian, how difficult will it be to survive with a good job in the UAE? how do I manage to get a good job there?

Hi Shan, compared to other Middle Eastern countries, UAE has a much vibrant multi-cultural environment.
In fact it would be safe to say that a majority of the expat community is non-Arabic speaking.
So you wont really face too much of a hassle due to the language barrier.
However, while looking for a job in UAE, knowing Arabic can definitely be a plus -51% employers are looking to hire those who know Arabic and English.

Don't worry we can learn their language while leaving together for few months.
You see recently I have being to the Thailand for45 days.
First I found very difficult to communicate with them in the field of eating and buying.
So after,1 week I have learn from them to bring the food (khow) water (keia) and thank you (Sodea Khab).
You see, we can learn it in this way.
so staying for long time means we can learn their language within no time.
but we need change to work with them.
