Every organization is looking for experienced candidates because they are not like to take high risk but some organization consider new or fresh candidates as their employees.

If u are ready to start from the bottom and ready to learn there should not be any problem. 

• The principles of accounting also vary as some use the British principle . In India this system is followed and the highest Authority is the Chartered Accountant. 
• In other countries the American system is used. 
• In the communist block and China it could be a combination of both. 
• So If i am ready to learn and i know the basics of debit and credit and can prepare the trial balance and can balance the balance sheet there should not be any problem.
