<p>for PHP and JavaScript and HTML and CSS I suggest <a href="http://www.w3schools.com/">W3Scool </a>or <a href="http://www.codecademy.com/">CodeAcademy</a>don't forget +1 for me please :)</p>

To become a good programmer first you must understand the basic and fundamentals of a programming language... so to start with programming to become a better programmer you should start with 'C' as it will help you in understanding the concepts and need of programming.. so you should start with C..

i think that the good way is to teach your self.

However, you have to learn Algorithmic, Design Pattern, Architecture, database design, software engineering, Information Systems Methodology, Safety of Object Oriented Programmation.

After that, you can learn the language of your choice.

First thing I try to do is of course to figure out why they want to learn programming, I think everyone should, but it's a good starting point to get an understanding of what they want to get out of it. So if you are a beginner You can follow w3school and related programming websites.

<p>Amakodi,</p> <p>If you want to be a good programmer then first learn the basics of any programming language you are comfortable with. I suggest you choose the latest one's that are being used in the industry like Java is mostly used for progamming  backend &amp; frontend using Eclipse, PHP is mostly used for front end, C# is one of the latest language developed by Microsoft which is as popular as any and quite simple to learn and program using Visual Studio2012.</p> <p>So it all depends on how you are able to quickly grasp one of these languages. Go through a few books related to these languages, just a first few chapters and find out which you think, you are comfortable with.Once you've made up your mind, then we can take it further from there.</p> <p> </p> <p>Good Luck!</p>

programming hub and sololearn are best apps to learn programming for beginners
