Should I mention my 2 years at college even though I haven't graduated yet?

I studied 2 years at college but this year i couldn't continued due to financial circumstances , I have high GPA should i write it in the CV?

Write the positive points, You can use this financial drop to let your personality appears like an active person not a surrender one.

If you use it, make sure you show your marks and GPA to show how well you were doing.
This will also show the potential employer that you did not drop out because you were struggling.

Recently the UAE Job Market is evolving from academic focus to actual potential and work experience focus.

I would strongly advice you to put your education even if you did not complete it but make sure to specify that it is only upto the second year of a (maybe) four year program then go on to centralize your CV on your experience, personal initiatives towards professional improvement (seminars, online programs etc). From what I have seen as a recruiter, if you have the potential and a good track record then you will get an opportunity.
