No we can join a successful career with happy family life, if we make controll the time between the family & the career - exactly after the work period finished we should spend some time with the family and give them special time for them only

A successful person should manage her time efficiently to make a balance between professional and family life.
When the time is managed properly, this person will have equal chances for success in both sides of her life.

yes you can, if you make the right balance between them , and if u have a supported family member you will make it.
business time is for business and family time must be for them.
that will make u feel comfort too in the both sides.

Yes.
Successful people who have a happy family life are those who know how to manage and set priorities in their lives.
if you are a well organised person who will always be within the time frame and you will always achieve your aims on time, thus you will always have time for your family.
No.
some people can have a successful career but still cant have a happy family life.
this can be because that person has a job which doesnt allow him to be very present for his family, for example, actors or even air hostesses, i think the fact that they are most of the time doing outdoors shooting or travelling, their absence might have bad effect on their family life.

This is theeee question to ask ! Although i think you probably should rephrase your question, the word happy could mean so many things, I prefer " a successful family life " anyway for the answer : First of all, the answer would be different if answered by a man or a woman ! Secondly : as a family person myself pursuing a successful career, I have to say that the achievement of having a successful family life requires cooperation from all the family ! especially if they are motivated professionals like yourself in their fields of work , that way its no longer an impossibility...

I do not agree, as both are i achieveable through proper time management.
Also both are somewhat interdependant for exaple if one has a successful career he will be peaceful and calm and thus will lead a hapy family life on the other hand if one has a happy family life he will be worry free and put his best efforts towrds achieving a successful career.

Don't agree with this statement....One can always have work life balance.....
if you are not happy and enjoying your personal life then how can you concentrate and take work pressure and same goes with your professional life.....if you can't enjoy you work then you cannot have happy family life......
both are essentials for the success...
consider your work and family life as important as breathing....how long you can live without oxygen???? work and family life provides oxygen to spiril (heart & soul), they energize your potential to go extra mile.....
for me both work and family are important......
