Following points are considering for designing of mould tube for continuous casting of steel.Casting machine radius, optimum and maximum casting speed, steel grades being cast, machine length, distance between meniscus level to torch cutting machine, mould oscillation stroke and freque.cy, sect cross section, type of mould lubrication etc...
