A boss you would choose to work with? unprofessional, incompetent, orthodox but a good human OR professional, competent, heretical but a bad human

Well with a professional's point of view a professional boss I would prefer so that work relationship is based on skills rather than on humanitarian base.

I would definitely say a unprofessional but a good human being, in that case I would have an opportunity to create solutions in which we can reason that it's the best going forward, because in every company certain individuals will lack certain things where others need to make up for it. It gives everyone a fair chance to better themselves and a company when everything’s not perfect, we strive for perfection
