Through your good relations and connections ,you can use that as a marketing strategy by:

1. Offering some commissions if the deal is done.

2. Offering some bonuses (coupons, events tickets..etc) if the deal is done.

3. Have  exchangeable favors with your connections;You help them and  they help you !
