I could say it is both Sanguan and Choleric.  They are both confident.  Choleric is inspiring in how they possess leadership skills, they are "The do it now" kind of person so they get things done, they are good at planning and they get things done.  The Sanguan is inspiring in the sense that they are sociable, lively, imaginative, artistic and optimistic. 

So A mix of the goods of the two and avoiding the bads would be great

I agree with miss Doha Shawki. Both Sanguan and choleric could define a leader depending on your personality. A person who is sanguine is more positive than someone who has a choleric personality as they're not as temperamental. However both work well in collaboration as sometimes it is necessary to show a different side.
