Marketing is a very wide topic and it can't be limited to one or multiple skills.
However, selling is the number one needed skill in the business nowadays.
So, improve your selling skills, and that can be done by learning about the product you're selling and acquiring persuasion skills.
There a lot of ways to learn about persuasion, from YouTube videos to articles to lengthy academic degrees.
