I do agree most of the times punctuality lacks in creative persons.
I am of the view that Punctuality lacks in creative persons despite the fact that I don't have any empirical study to vindicate my view. But, keeping in view the creativity of a person one cannot expect him to be punctual because every time he/she would be trying to something new which may hinder them being punctual.

My own view is to implement the innovation of your creativity you have to by punctual in observation and verification in your own works as long as you are confined to your creative talent.
