What is the best way to write the professional information report .. i need real work experience not Google search or books information

In my point of view information report is a report which gives a complete information on a topic which may be about thing, place, procedure, research, observation, etc. Information should be authentic, realistic and it should give the reader complete image on the topic. For it, the author must collect the data, information, study the data, verify it, check with the authentic references. It is the key point to include all information that will be answered  which the reader needs on the topic.

In the first paragraph, we should give a brief introduction on the report. We need to include data, facts, diagram or photograph to make our report more authentic and give complete information in the next paragraphs. We also keep such photographs, fact sheets in annextures to support our report.At the end, we conclude the report with the ending paragraph trying to make the reader more clear.
