During STG hot commissioning upto what % speed level eccentricity value is meaningful and above that vibration should be given consideration?

hello,

we have 02 critical speed (turbomachine category 4), in the transitional phase between start speed (0 rpm/min or rotor bearing speed), and permanent phase (3000 rpm) ,at :

1- Approx 1000 rpm/min +/- 100 rpm/min

2- Approx 2000 rpm/min +/- 100 rpm/min

 

NB: 50HZ + absolute vibration
